HELP for GAZA

My solo show SHADOWBANNED IN A TIME OF MONSTERS opened in Art Bypass Gallery (@we_are_sweet_art) on Saturday 16th August 2025 in a all day event fundraising for medical aid for Gaza.

The body of work of this solo exhibition is all about Gaza as I wanted to reflect the time I am living right now, this time of monsters, of live-streamed genocide. I want to help effectively somehow and thought of an arty raffle of donated art works by conscientious artists.

We decided to fundraise for Doctors Worldwide. 100% of monies will go to this organisation and its Gaza project.

The tickets were only £5, and every ticket was equivalent to one medical care for one adult or child.

We raised £1000 with the sales of raffle tickets

We raised just over £200 with the BUY NOW option.

At this moment, and after many months, I am contacting the artists whose works had been allocated to winning tickets, to prepare the works and calculate postage, before writing to the winners.

For he time being, please continue helping the people of Gaza as  the genocide is not over, and their plight is long and not less cruel.

Please consider to donate to Doctors Worldwide, our chosen charity for our first fundraiser, as they continue to provide medical aid in Gaza since the attacks began in October 2023. They established active medical tents, providing primary healthcare to thousands who would otherwise go untreated, such as health education sessions and psychosocial support, especially for children who have lived through unimaginable trauma. Additionally, they are supporting a primary healthcare centre in Gaza’s middle area, and they support the delivery of breastfeeding support through 10 lactation consultants across

Or consider to donate to The Sameer Project, a Mutual-Aid Group helping families in Gaza that have not access to social media for asking for help or do not speak English. These families are in particular danger as many had lost their provider, the fathers, uncles and grandfathers, and many are young widowed mothers with very young children under their care.
